Summary

Main Scope The person should be responsible for designing and implementing our new marketing website on HubSpot CMS, excluding content writing. They should handle: • Website design system • Page templates • HubSpot CMS modules • Landing page templates • Blog / insights layout • Service page layouts • Mobile responsiveness • Website speed optimization • SEO technical setup • Forms and CTA setup • CRM form integration • GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel setup • Basic schema / structured data support • Migration support if needed • Testing before launch Required skills Look for someone with experience in: • HubSpot CMS / Content Hub • HubSpot themes, templates, and custom modules • HTML, CSS, JavaScript • HubL, which is HubSpot’s templating language • Responsive web design • UX/UI for B2B websites • Landing page design • Technical SEO basics • Website performance optimization • HubSpot forms, CTAs, and CRM integration • GA4 and tracking setup • Basic accessibility and mobile-first design
