Illustrator for Custom Camping Journal (Cohesive, Watercolor & Scrapbook Style) NEED PRINT READY

I am looking for a talented illustrator and layout designer to create a cohesive, fully illustrated custom Camping Journal while providing native files in addition to pdf files at milestones. The project involves designing a series of functional journal pages (logbooks, checklists, review pages, and custom trackers) that maintain a highly consistent visual language from cover to cover. The files needs to be laid out as print ready booklet to include: side-by-side, double sided, and in-order like a standard booklet layout ready for print. For example, the first page and the last page should be side-by-side. I have a clear concept and layout mockups ready (attached). Your job will be to take these structured layouts and bring them to life with professional, high-quality illustrations and polished typographic formatting, ensuring the design theme matches perfectly across all pages. Visual Style & Aesthetic Requirements The journal must strictly follow a warm, rustic, and organic "scrapbook meets field guide" aesthetic. Key elements include: Illustration Style: Soft, detailed watercolor-and-ink or finely detailed colored pencil/warm sketchy illustrations (similar to the natural, earthy tones seen in the reference files). Linework: Clean but organic, stylized black ink outlines for icons and headers. Color Palette: Muted, nature-inspired tones—earthy greens, warm tans, soft browns, and rustic wood/leather accents. Backgrounds & Textures: The pages should look like real textured paper (lined notebook paper, grid/graph paper, and aged canvas/parchment backgrounds) layered with realistic faux-textures like "washi tape," metallic paper clips, and stitched leather/canvas borders. Typography: Clean, highly legible handwritten-style sans-serif fonts for form fields/labels, paired with bold, rustic block letters or banner-enclosed script for main section headers. Scope of Work You will be responsible for designing and illustrating approximately 14 pages (using a mock-up I provide) of unique template layouts based on my concepts, including: Welcome / Belongs To Page: Canvas/leather texture block with custom fields, compass/lantern accents, and canvas grommet detailing. Camping Log / Setup & Surroundings: Page featuring a prominent tent illustration, structured prompts for arrival essentials, and campfire notes. Campground Checklist & Hookups: Multi-column log with custom checkbox icons and RV/hookup spot illustrations. Experience & Journal Review: Grid-backed pages featuring wildlife illustrations (deer, bear, owl), rating stars, weather icons, and restaurant note blocks. Family/Personal Activity Tracker: Custom individual breakdown blocks with specific header banners and personalized icon spotlights. Travel Tracker Map Pages: Illustrated regional maps (e.g., South-Central US) designed seamlessly into a log format. Mock-up pages are included. Note: You must ensure that repeated icons (bears, owls, tents, campfires, lanterns) maintain a perfectly matched line weight, coloring style, and scale throughout the entire book. Deliverables Initial style scape/concept sketch of 1 page to lock in the illustration style. High-resolution, print-ready pages (300 DPI, CMYK with appropriate bleeds). Organized, layered source files (Pdf or Photoshop .psd). Full commercial rights for printing and distribution.
