Independent Short-Form Video Editor (Eye for aesthetic with minimal direction)

We are looking for a talented, proactive, and aesthetically sharp Video Editor who can work independently with minimal direction. I will provide the content direction, hooks, and overall strategy. Your role is to take raw footage and turn it into polished, high-performing short-form videos that perfectly match our brand aesthetic across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts Apply current trends, strong hooks, pacing, and retention techniques Maintain a consistent premium brand aesthetic (color grading, text style, transitions, mood) Make creative editing decisions independently while following the provided strategy Deliver clean, well-organized project files on time Work proactively with minimal back-and-forth Requirements: Strong portfolio of short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Excellent eye for aesthetic, pacing, and premium branding Ability to understand and execute creative direction with little supervision Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar Reliable, fast communicator, and detail-oriented Experience in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or luxury brands is a big plus To apply for this position please attach social media pages where your videos are posted.
