AI Inference Two side (developers and providers) Support system

We are FAR AI, a two-sided GPU compute marketplace. We are preparing for our Alpha launch and need an experienced engineer to deploy, configure, and fully hand over a production-grade customer support system built around Zammad (open-source helpdesk). This is a complete technical build, not a Zammad plugin install. The system connects five email inboxes, three in-product ticket widgets, a Discord bot, SLA automation, CSAT surveys, a status page, and a knowledge base portal — all wired together before our Alpha go-live date. You will own the full technical build and hand it over to our Head of Customer Experience and two L1 support agents, with documentation they can operate without you.
