Inflatable, self-expanding outdoor mat prototype

I am developing a proof of concept prototype of an outdoor mat that self expands and inflates under a load to help move it easier. Currently in the concept phase, I am looking for someone with experience in soft goods/textiles (specifically tear-resistant nylon or TPU) as well as mechanical design/engineering to bring this to physical proof of concept. Ideal applicants would: 1. Have built inflatable/pneumatic soft goods or have experience with pneumatics. 2. Be able to source appropriate textile materials. 3. Be able to assist with design elements, not simply act as a fabricator to build. 4. Have experience with sewing, some version of soft good welding (heat welding, RF, ultrasonic). 5. Be able to measure load values. 6. Be willing to sign an NDA 7. Agree to assign all IP rights to the company. 8. Complete proof of concept within 3 months. Pay is hourly (can be negotiated to fixed fee if desired), but will be limited by milestone deliverables: 1. Feasibility and build plan 2. Bench prototype 3. Full scale prototype Additional reach deliverables can be achieved for additional pay.
