Influencer Outreach & Affiliate Manager – $400 Base Setup + Recurring Commission (Reselling Niche)

I am the founder of Reseller Bro (www.resellerbro.com), an upcoming mobile app utilizing AR technology ("Bro Lens") to revolutionize e-commerce sourcing for resellers. We are preparing for our MVP launch and crowdfunding campaign. I am looking for an experienced Influencer Outreach Manager to take 100% ownership of recruiting 50 YouTube/TikTok influencers (50k+ subscribers) in the reselling, thrifting, and sneaker-flipping space. Your Responsibilities: Identify and build a database of targeted reselling creators. Conduct personalized email and DM outreach to pitch our highly competitive partner program (we offer creators a massive 50% lifetime revenue split, free app access, and ready-made video assets). Handle follow-ups, answer basic questions, and onboard them into our affiliate structure. Schedule short closing calls with myself (the founder) for high-value creators who want a direct introduction. Compensation Structure: $400 Upfront Fixed-Price (Split into 2 Milestones): Milestone 1 ($200): Market research, identifying and vetting the 50 targeted creators, and finalizing the outreach templates/tracker. Milestone 2 ($200): Launching the first wave of pitches, executing follow-ups, and managing the initial onboarding handoffs. 10% Ongoing Commission Override: You will receive a lifetime 10% recurring cut of our company's revenue for every subscription brought in by an influencer you successfully onboard (e.g., if a creator you sign up drives 1,000 active subscribers, that translates to roughly $950/month in recurring passive income for you). What We Are Looking For: Proven track record in influencer marketing, affiliate recruitment, or B2B cold outreach. Excellent written communication skills and a professional tone.
