Instagram Reels Editor needed: Meme-hook videos promoting a SaaS (AI no-code app builder)

Budget: $15/video (we're all about long-term work, so this can become a continuous job). If you're the right person, this will take ~3 mins/video. SHORTLY: We reuse trending meme clips as hooks, then add our brand promo at the end. You need to make 3-4 simple short promo clips once, then reuse and add them after the meme hooks.
