Insurance Agency - Financial Analysis & Modeling

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the growth of a rapidly expanding insurance agency. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, analyzing producer performance, evaluating carrier relationships, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for agency growth, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis. Analyze producer performance, including production volume, retention, persistency, and profitability. Track and forecast commission revenue, renewals, overrides, and carrier incentive programs. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics. Perform cohort analysis on customer retention and policy renewals. Evaluate carrier contracts and compensation structures to identify opportunities for increased profitability. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support hiring, recruiting, and growth initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
