Insurance CSR: Momentum AMS (NowCerts) + Commercial Quoting Experience Required

We're a Florida-based independent insurance agency focused on commercial coverage (e.g. commercial auto, general liability, workers comp, property). We're growing and need a reliable, detail-oriented CSR to keep our leads organized, our pipeline clean, and our quotes moving out the door. This is a operations support role. You won't be cold-selling. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing slips: leads get entered, quotes get submitted, and every client record stays accurate and up to date. What you'll do: - Organize incoming leads and customers and enter them accurately into Momentum AMS - Build and submit commercial quotes to carriers. - Prepare quote summaries and proposals. - Keep the pipeline current by tracking quote status, deadlines, and follow-ups - Maintain clean, well-documented client and policy records - Communicate clearly and promptly, during US business hours when needed Must-haves (please don't apply without these): - Hands-on experience with Momentum AMS (formerly NowCerts). This is required, not optional. - Commercial insurance quoting experience, including commercial auto, general liability, workers' comp, and BOP. - Excellent written English and professional communication. - Highly organized, task-oriented, and dependable. You do what you say you'll do, on time, without hand-holding. Optional (Nice-to-haves): - Comfortable on the phone during US business hours (Eastern time). - Licenses and certifications Logistics: Remote, part-time with room to grow into a long-term role.
