We are seeking an experienced freelancer to convert existing documents into professional, interactive PDF fillable forms. Responsibilities: Create fillable PDF forms from Word, PDF, or scanned documents Add text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown menus, and date fields Create digital signature fields where required Ensure proper field alignment, tab order, and usability Maintain the original document design and formatting Test forms for compatibility across desktop and mobile devices
