We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and relationship-driven Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines recruitment, career coaching, employer engagement, networking, and brand representation to help our clients secure meaningful employment opportunities internationally. Key Responsibilities Client Career Support & Employment Preparation Professionally optimise client CVs, cover letters, and supporting documentation. Enhance and optimise LinkedIn and other professional social media profiles. Conduct mock interviews and interview preparation sessions with clients. Provide LinkedIn networking coaching and job search guidance. Assist clients with job applications and employment-related documentation. Review and interpret job descriptions to align client applications with employer requirements. Guide clients through best-practice job search strategies and employment market expectations. Employer Engagement Build and maintain professional relationships with New Zealand employers, recruiters, and hiring managers. Proactively identify and pursue employment opportunities on behalf of clients. Engage with employers to create employment pathways for skilled migrant candidates. Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with employer needs. Conduct outreach activities to expand the company's employer network and opportunities database. Stay informed of labour market trends, skills shortages, and industry demands within New Zealand. Employer Branding & Market Representation Promote and strengthen the Migration & Investment brand within the New Zealand employment market. Represent the company professionally across all employer, client, and stakeholder interactions. Support employer branding initiatives through professional networking and market engagement activities. Develop and maintain a positive company presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Contribute content ideas, success stories, and market insights that enhance the company's reputation and visibility. Client Relationship Management & Compliance Manage client relationships throughout the employment and migration journey. Ensure all client documentation complies with company standards and immigration requirements. Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation across all client interactions. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes. Administration & Continuous Improvement Maintain efficient administrative processes and reporting systems. Effectively manage multiple clients and priorities within a fast-paced environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and business growth. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities. Requirements Essential Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of administration experience within a fast-paced environment. Proven experience writing and optimising professional CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and online platforms. Exceptional organisational, coordination, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, emotional resilience, and accountability. Highly Desirable International recruitment experience. Knowledge of New Zealand employment practices, labour market trends, and immigration pathways. Experience within the immigration, migration, relocation, or international recruitment sectors. Experience in employer engagement, account management, business development, or stakeholder relationship management. Demonstrated success in networking and building professional relationships with employers and industry stakeholders. Strong LinkedIn networking and personal branding capabilities. Non-Negotiable Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Administration. Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
