Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced DevOps specialist to perform a comprehensive server recovery and migrate our existing database and site infrastructure to AWS. The goal is to ensure high availability, improved security, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Server Health Assessment: Perform a full audit of the current infrastructure to identify issues and ensure data integrity during recovery. Database Migration: Securely migrate existing MySQL/PostgreSQL databases to AWS RDS with minimal downtime. Cloud Infrastructure Setup: Deploy and configure the site environment on AWS EC2 or S3, ensuring proper scaling and security. Security Hardening: Implement best practices for server security, including firewall configurations and access management. Performance Optimization: Tune the environment for maximum site speed and reliability. Requirements: Proven experience in DevOps, specifically with AWS infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Docker, Nginx, and cloud-based database management. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve server-level failures efficiently.
