Junior Creator Operations Associate (JoinBrands) – Freelance

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Creator Operations Associate to help manage our creator campaigns through the JoinBrands platform. This is an administrative, execution-focused role. If you've used JoinBrands before and enjoy working with creators, reviewing content, and keeping projects moving, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Create and publish creator briefs within JoinBrands Review creator applications and recommend the best fits based on brand guidelines Evaluate creator profiles for aesthetic, audience fit, and content quality Approve and provide feedback on submitted content Keep campaigns organized and moving on schedule Communicate with creators through the platform as needed Flag issues, ask questions, and escalate anything that needs additional review What We're Looking For Experience using JoinBrands is required Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written communication Ability to follow detailed brand guidelines and apply them consistently Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content Good instincts for what feels authentic, engaging, and on-trend Able to identify creators who genuinely fit a brand versus those who don't Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once Bonus Points Experience working with UGC or influencer marketing Background in social media, creator partnerships, or digital marketing An eye for aesthetics, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or internet culture This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who...
