LONG-TERM FREELANCE | Short-Form Video Editor (Fashion/Editorial Style)

We are looking for a talented and experienced short-form video editor for an ongoing, long-term collaboration. This is not a one-off project! We're looking for someone to grow with us and become a consistent creative partner. We're a super small team collaborating on a personal brand account in preparation for a brand launch. About the Role You'll be editing Instagram Reels that blend casual, real-life moments with a high-end editorial aesthetic. The content should feel cinematic, fashion-forward, and intentional. We are not looking for trend-chasing edits or template-based work. We want someone with a genuine creative eye who can elevate raw footage into something that feels polished and distinctive. Everything's a little sexy, a little seductive, tongue and cheek. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) Strong editorial sensibility, high fashion, cinematic, and intentional style Ability to work with both casual footage and more produced content seamlessly Detail-oriented with strong pacing, color, and sound instincts Reliable, communicative, and collaborative, we're fun and want things to be as fun and stress free as possible Based in Los Angeles or on Pacific Standard Time Bonus Skills Videography experience is a strong plus. If you shoot and edit, we want to hear from you. Project Details Frequency: Approximately 1-2 Reels per week (ongoing and could increase with brand activation) Compensation: TBD based on experience, skill level, and workflow Location: LA-based or PST strongly preferred Remote-friendly Generic proposals without portfolio examples will not be considered.
