Las Vegas based Photographer/Videographer for Conference - Please include portfolio link

Looking for some media capture for a conference in November at The Venetian in Las Vegas on Noember 16 & 17th. Ideally, 1 person would cover since it's a smaller project but no more than 2 person team is allowed due to credentialing restrictions. We can estimate about 6 hours per day but that is subject to change. For our interviews, we have dedicated space on the show floor to film. However, we like the interviews to be dynamic and is okay to have been strolling in the background versus a dedicate quiet space. The timeline for deliverables are hoto gallery within 48-72 hours. Highlight reel within 3-7 days. Interview clips within 2 weeks. But we can discuss what is best all around for your team and our's. Below is a working SOW: Photography Capture high-quality, marketing-focused imagery throughout the event, including: Booth branding and other branding shots Product and activation details Team interactions with attendees Candid networking moments Speaking roundtable coverage Physician and client engagement Team and group photos (large team photo plus smaller group photos with physicians and clients) Deliverables Professionally edited online gallery High-resolution and web-optimized images Marketing-ready assets suitable for social media, website, sales collateral, and future event promotion Videography Capture cinematic footage highlighting the booth experience, branding, attendee engagement, and speaking roundtable.
