Learning Content & Course Production Assistant (Freelance/Remote)

Foundations ABA Education is a new online education company dedicated to creating exceptional training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBAs, educators, and other professionals working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to create the highest-quality ABA training available—professional, engaging, visually appealing, and easy to understand. We are looking for a creative, organized freelancer who wants to become part of a growing educational company. While this position begins on a project basis, there is significant potential for ongoing work as we continue developing new courses and expanding our training library. What You'll Do Working directly with the founder, you will help transform existing educational content into polished online courses. Responsibilities include: Designing clean, professional PowerPoint or Keynote presentations Formatting and organizing educational content Editing instructional videos Adding animations, transitions, and graphics Creating downloadable workbooks and handouts Building quizzes and assessments Uploading and organizing content in Kajabi Maintaining consistent branding across all courses Helping manage revisions and updates Occasionally assisting with marketing graphics and promotional materials Ideal Skills Looking for someone with experience in several of the following: Instructional design eLearning development PowerPoint or Keynote Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Video editing (Descript, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Kajabi (preferred but not required) AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or HeyGen are a plus Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus Qualifications Experience creating online courses Background in education, psychology, special education, or healthcare Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is helpful but not required Highly organized Creative and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new software Able to take feedback well Excited about helping build something meaningful Interested in establishing a long-term working relationship Project Details Remote position Flexible schedule Freelance/contract Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional work as the company grows How to Apply Please include: A brief introduction about yourself.
