Long-Form YouTube Video Editor for VTuber's Twitch VOD Content — Ongoing

VTuber PingMik is looking for a reliable long-form video editor to help turn Twitch VODs into YouTube videos. This is intended to be an ongoing monthly position, not a one-off project. What We're Looking For: The primary job will be taking Twitch VODs (roughly 2 hours) and turning them into YouTube videos. We are not looking to simply upload shortened versions of entire streams. The goal is for the editing to support PingMik’s personality and content. Experience editing VTubers, Twitch streams, gaming content, or other personality-driven creator content is strongly preferred. Workload & Budget: Our ideal arrangement is: $200 USD per month — flat rate, which includes 4 completed long-form VOD edits per month; approximately one completed video per week to be uploaded on Fridays. We understand that the amount of work involved depends on VOD length, editing style, and the amount of footage that needs to be reviewed. For the right editor, we are happy to negotiate both budget and deliverables. We are primarily looking for someone interested in steady, recurring work within this budget. Whether you would be comfortable working at $200/month for 4 weekly videos, or whether you would propose an alternate arrangement. Please do not send a large generic portfolio. We'd much rather see two or three examples that demonstrate how you would approach this specific type of content. We're especially interested in finding an editor who enjoys this kind of content and would like to grow into a consistent part of the creator's production workflow.
