Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly reliable Video Editor to join our team long-term. Our channel produces high-quality, long-form nature documentaries, unseen wonders of the Earth, and deep-dives into how people live around the world. We already have an established foundation and are scaling up fast. What We Provide: A fully completed, high-quality Script and Voiceover (VO) for every project. The final Thumbnail design. Your Core Responsibilities: Footage Sourcing & Selection: Independently find and select cinematic, hyper-realistic footage that perfectly matches the script. No cheap, repetitive, free stock videos! We expect high-quality premium visual assets. Full Video Editing: Edit long-form videos (30 to 60 minutes) with a captivating narrative flow, smooth transitions, atmospheric sound design (SFX), and immersive background music. Copyright Safety: Ensure 100% copyright-free and legally safe material (using licensed stock platforms like Envato, Storyblocks, etc.). No copyright issues or strikes allowed. Volume, Schedule & Earnings: High Volume: We aim to produce 2 to 4 videos per week. Your Monthly Income Potential: At 8 to 16 videos per month, this equals a steady income of $320 to $640+ per month from a single client. Strict Schedule: Reliability is non-negotiable. We operate on a structured, tight schedule with fixed timeframes and deadlines. You must be able to deliver consistently on time. Revisions: Professional final polishes and standard revisions are a natural part of the editing process to maintain our high quality. Budget & Long-Term Partnership: Current Budget: $40 per completed video (Fixed Price) while the channel is growing. Future Growth & Bonuses: This is a long-term team collaboration. As the channel achieves monetization and scales, we will include milestone-based bonuses to reward our long-term partnership and success. We want someone who genuinely loves this niche and wants to grow with us as a true partner.
