Long form video editor

We're looking for a talented long-form YouTube video editor who understands retention editing and storytelling. The videos will be in English and will typically end up being 5-15 minutes long after editing. What you'll do Edit English YouTube videos (5-15 minutes, after the edit) Add engaging B-roll, motion graphics and subtitles Create strong pacing and storytelling Use zooms, transitions and visual effects where they improve retention Add music and sound design Make videos feel premium and high quality Requirements Experience editing YouTube videos Strong understanding of retention and viewer psychology Fluent English Ability to source B-roll and visuals Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software (capcut or anything else i dont care) Reliable communication Important We do NOT work hourly.
