Looking For 2D Background Artist For Project: First Class Guy

I’m looking for a 2D cartoon background artist to help my short looped film of “First Class Guy” to life. The primary environment is a driving scene, so the background should be designed as a seamless horizontal scrolling environment that creates the illusion of continuous movement while the character drives. Responsibilities include: * Creating stylized 2D cartoon backgrounds that match the tone of the film. * Designing a seamless scrolling background for the driving sequence. * Delivering organized, layered files for animation. * Collaborating with the director to establish mood, color, and atmosphere. * Making reasonable revisions based on creative feedback. Ideal Candidate * Strong sense of composition, color, and perspective. * Experience with cartoon or animated backgrounds. * Comfortable creating looping or seamless environments. * Enjoys visual storytelling and collaboration.
