We are a construction company based in Texas and are looking for a long-term SEO partner who can take ownership of our organic growth strategy. What We're Looking For Proven experience ranking local service businesses in competitive markets. Extensive experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and local map rankings. Strong technical SEO knowledge, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Experience recovering websites from ranking drops and improving local visibility. A proactive team that develops strategy, executes it, and keeps us updated—we don't want to manage the SEO process. Results Matter We're looking for an agency that is confident in its ability to deliver measurable results. Your proposal should explain: The KPIs you track. How you measure success. What results we should realistically expect over time. How often you provide reporting and progress updates. We're not interested in generic monthly reports. We want to see meaningful progress, such as improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, Google Business Profile performance, technical issues resolved, local visibility, and qualified leads. Requirements 5+ years of proven SEO experience. Experience working with local service or construction-related businesses. Strong Google Business Profile (GBP) experience.
