Looking for a Long-Term YouTube Editor Who Can Help Shape the Channel

Hey! My name is Jose and I run Real Relate, an evolving brand focused on bringing authentic takes on gaming, movies, travel, and pop culture experiences. I'm looking for a long-term editor who can help me produce one YouTube video per week to start. Most videos are 3–5 minutes long, with roughly 10–15 minutes of raw footage, and focus on my personal experiences, reviews, and storytelling. Right now, I'm looking for someone who can: - Mimic and maintain my current editing style - Bring creative ideas to improve pacing, hooks, engagement, and storytelling - Deliver consistently on a weekly schedule - Communicate well and be open to feedback! This role will begin with long-form content, but could eventually expand into short-form content as the channel grows.
