Low Voltage Electrical Design & Engineering Service

We are actively seeking qualified low voltage design subcontractors (RCDD preferred) to support a large-scale multi-family development (7-story, ~275K SF). Scope of Work: Design of structured cabling, CCTV, access control, phone, and A/V systems Production of complete construction drawing packages (DD → CD → IFC) Engineering validation including conduit routing, grounding/bonding, and IDF/MDF power/load coordination Coordination with ISP, AHJ, and construction teams Requirements: Demonstrated experience delivering construction-ready low voltage designs Experience with multi-family or high-density residential projects Ability to meet tight production schedules and milestone deliverables Active RCDD preferred (required for validation scope) Deliverables: Fully buildable drawings, technical specs, and engineering calculations suitable for construction and bidding See attached for RFQ with scope of work.
