Maya Rigging & Animation Expert Needed for Maya to Unity Export Issue

We are looking for an experienced Maya Rigging & Animation Expert for a task-based project. We are currently facing issues with our Maya animation export pipeline to Unity and need someone who has strong experience in Maya rigging, character animation, FBX export, and Unity game pipelines to identify and fix the problems. Task Scope: Review existing Maya rig and animation files Analyze issues during Maya → FBX → Unity export/import Identify the root cause of animation problems Fix or suggest changes in: Maya rig setup Skinning/weights Animation setup FBX export settings Unity import configuration Ensure animations work correctly inside Unity Required Experience: Strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya Rigging & Animation Experience with game-ready character pipelines Hands-on experience with Maya to Unity workflows Understanding of FBX export/import process Ability to troubleshoot: Broken animations Bone/rotation issues Root motion problems Rig deformation issues Animation compatibility issues in Unity
