Summary

I need a mechanical engineer that can retrofit a used gift-wrapping machine so that a very light adhesive, similar to the 3M sticky pads, but even a lighter adhesive can be applied to one side of the white translucent paper; the adhesive would only be applied about half-inch on each edge and, once rolled into a roll by the machine, should be able to unroll without the paper sticking to itself. The paper width will measure 14 inches wide.
