Summary

Seeking a mechanical engineer or 3D designer to create a production-ready CAD model for a custom appliance attachment that mounts to a rotating drive shaft. The final design will be used for CNC routing and must include a precise internal female bayonet slot for a 0.5-inch pin shaft. You will transform 2D sketches and dimensions into a 3D model, optimize geometry for torque, bending stress, and shear forces, and apply DFM principles to reduce stress points for plastic manufacturing. Deliverables include native editable CAD files and exported manufacturing files. A signed NDA is required before full project details are shared.
