Funded ecommerce brand, US market. I need a media buyer who is also a creative machine: finds the angle, makes the creative, launches, reads the data, iterates. Not a dashboard optimizer waiting on a designer. Non-negotiable: you run your own AI creative suite (Creatify, Arcads, HeyGen, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Sora, CapCut or equivalent) and can ship 10+ UGC-style videos and statics per product per week. Creative fatigues in 7-10 days, so I need volume and fresh angles, not one hero ad.
