Medical Director / Supervising Physician for D2C Telehealth Platform (MSO Model)

We are seeking an active, licensed Physician (MD or DO) to serve as the Medical Director / Supervising Provider for our telehealth/med spa start up, an upcoming direct-to-consumer (D2C) health and wellness platform specializing in personalized BHRT (menopause care), metabolic health (GLP-1s), peptides, and intimate wellness. Important Scope Note: This is strictly an administrative oversight and supervisory role. Patient consultations, medical evaluations, and initial e-prescriptions are handled independently by our partner physician network (MD Integrations). You will NOT be required to conduct daily direct patient visits. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the designated Supervising Provider on file for our partner 503A compounding pharmacies (Revive RX, Red Rock, Southend, Hallandale) to establish practice accounts. Serve as the registered supervising physician within our e-Prescribing platform (MD Integrations). Conduct periodic (5–10%) monthly chart reviews and maintain standard MSO protocol compliance. Provide occasional administrative sign-offs on custom compounded formulation protocols (BHRT creams, troches, GLP-1s, peptides). Candidate Requirements: Active MD or DO license in good standing. (Multi-state licensure or IMLC participation is strongly preferred; preference given to candidates licensed in key volume states such as TX, FL, CA, NY, GA, PA). Comfortable with 503A compounding pharmacy protocols and asynchronous eRx platforms. Reliable communication and ability to sign initial onboarding documents promptly. Compensation: Flat monthly retainer of $800 – $1,500/month, depending on the number of active state licenses provided.
