 We run two connected brands in the wellness / business coaching space: * Wellness Pro Academy – helping established wellness pros build high‑profit, year‑long recurring revenue clubs. * Club Thrive – B2C wellness membership. We already produce a high volume of short‑form video (15+ reels/week across IG & YouTube). We need a Meta Ads + Reels specialist to turn this content into profitable ad campaigns and clear reports, starting with a focused 30‑day project. You will plug into our existing system: Google Sheets scorecards, Blotato for scheduling, and Claude (AI) for ideation. You must be comfortable working with AI‑generated hooks and copy. Scope of the 30‑Day Test 1. Audit & plan (week 1) * Review our current Meta campaigns, creatives, and funnels (Club Thrive + Wellness Pro Academy). * Identify quick wins and biggest constraints in the funnel. Creative testing from existing reels * Each week, turn our best reels into 5–10 new ad variations (hooks, primary text, headlines). * Log all ads in our Ads Scorecard (we’ll provide the template). 1. Simple, consistent reporting * Maintain a weekly report in Google Sheets with: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, CPL, and best/worst creatives by campaign. * Provide a short written summary each week: what worked, what didn’t, and what you’re testing next. 1. Landing page alignment * Check that ad hooks and offers match the landing pages. * Propose and implement 1–2 LP tests/week (headline, hero, bullets) and track impact. Requirements * Proven Meta ads experience: * At least 3 accounts where you have managed $10,000+ in Meta spend each, preferably in coaching, education, or wellness. * You can show screenshots of Ads Manager with spend, CPL, and ROAS (blur client names). * Strong with short‑form video ads: * Experienced turning reels/shorts into direct‑response ads. * Understand how to test hooks, angles, and CTAs at low‑to‑mid spend. [$100M Offers, Page 143] * Data & reporting: * Comfortable living in Google Sheets and building simple, accurate reports. * Can follow a split‑testing schedule and document all tests and results. [$100M Leads, Page 158] * AI & tools: * Comfortable using Claude or similar AI tools for ideation and copy (we provide prompts and workflows). * Able to work with our systems: Blotato for scheduling, Google Sheets scorecards. * Communication: * Clear spoken and written English. * Available for a weekly 30‑minute check‑in call in US‑friendly hours. What Success Looks Like After 30 Days * 5–10 new ads launched per week from our reels, all logged and trackable. * Clean separation and reporting for Club Thrive vs Wellness Pro Academy. * At least 20% improvement in CPL or a clear, data‑backed path to get there based on tests run.
