Meta Ad Designer (Ongoing)

About us We're an ad agency handling creative and media strategy for our clients. The creative side, mostly Meta ads, has outgrown one person. I'm looking for someone to take it over and keep our testing moving. The work Primarily Meta ad creative, statics and video. We iterate frequently, new hooks, new angles, and variations on what's already running. You'd take briefs and rough concepts and turn them into clean, on-brand ads with a quick turnaround. You need - A portfolio with real Meta / paid social ads, not just brand or print work - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma - A solid grasp of ad formats, sizes, and platform specs - Good communication and reliable turnaround Even better (and I'll pay more for it) - You can run the creative process, not just execute briefs - You can read ad performance, spot the winners, and iterate off what's working - You understand performance marketing, hooks, angles, scaling what wins and cutting what doesn't If this sounds like you, send your portfolio with a few Meta ad examples and a quick note on any work you're proud of.
