Meta Ads Strategist for Amazon Agency Client Accounts We are an Amazon agency looking for a Meta Ads specialist who can help us manage and improve Meta ad campaigns for a variety of client brands. We are not looking for someone who simply turns on campaigns and hopes the algorithm does the work. We need someone who understands creative strategy, positioning, ad psychology, performance optimization, and how to adapt campaigns across different brands, products, and industries. Our clients may include: Amazon sellers DTC brands Shopify brands Consumer product brands Brands launching new products Brands trying to increase outside traffic to Amazon Brands looking to grow both website and marketplace sales We need someone who can help us create, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns that drive results for our clients. Depending on the client, the goal may be traffic, sales, leads, retargeting, brand awareness, or appointment bookings. You should be able to: Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts Research competitors and winning ad angles Write strong hooks and ad copy Develop creative concepts for static ads, video ads, and UGC-style ads Understand how to position different products and offers Build campaign structures based on the client’s goal Set up and manage retargeting campaigns Track campaign performance Analyze what is working and what is not Improve performance through creative, copy, and campaign testing Communicate clearly with our internal team Bring new ad ideas proactively You should be comfortable with: Meta Ads Manager Facebook Ads Library Campaign structure Creative testing Hook and angle testing Retargeting campaigns Pixel and CAPI basics Traffic campaigns Sales campaigns Lead generation campaigns Performance reporting Managing multiple client accounts We are NOT looking for: Generic social media managers Basic campaign setup people Someone whose only strategy is “let’s test more audiences” Someone who needs every step explained Someone who does not understand creative strategy Someone who cannot manage multiple brands or priorities We ARE looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and help us run Meta ads across a variety of client accounts. This can become long-term if the first project goes well. When applying, please include: Meta ad campaigns you have managed for ecommerce or consumer product brands Specific results, ROAS, CPLs, or other performance metrics you achieved How you identify winning creatives Your process for testing hooks, angles, and ad creatives Examples of Meta ad campaigns you have managed Your experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time A sample ad concept for an ecommerce brand selling a physical product For the sample ad concept, please include: Product type or example brand Ad hook Primary text Headline Call to action Creative idea Campaign objective Why you think the ad would work Bonus points if you understand: Amazon sellers DTC brands Shopify brands Ecommerce funnels Amazon attribution Outside traffic to Amazon Retargeting UGC-style creatives Creative testing frameworks AI-assisted ad research or creative ideation If you are the type of person who watches performance closely, understands psychology and positioning, and can bring new ideas proactively instead of waiting for instructions, we would love to talk.
