We run multiple eCommerce brands on Meta and are looking for a dedicated, experienced media buyer to own ad operations across both. This is a hands-on, fully dedicated role — not a side gig. We move fast, test a lot of creative, and need someone who can keep up. Creatives are delivered to you regularly. Your job is to get them live immediately, monitor performance closely, and make the right calls — kill what isn't working, scale what is, and never wait to be told what to do. If you need someone to hold your hand or you're managing 10 other clients at the same time, this isn't for you. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, know Meta inside out, and make decisions based on data — keep reading. What you'll be doing: - Launching new creatives into the ad account immediately upon delivery — speed matters here - Monitoring ad performance daily across key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) - Making proactive decisions on what to kill, what to scale, and when — without waiting to be asked - Structuring and managing ABO and CBO campaigns effectively - Communicating performance clearly and concisely on a regular basis - Flagging issues, opportunities, and anomalies proactively - Keeping ad accounts healthy — monitoring for policy issues, restrictions, or delivery problems What we're looking for: - Proven Meta media buying experience in DTC eCommerce — not lead gen, not B2B - Strong understanding of ad data — you know what good looks like and act on it fast - Someone who takes initiative — you don't wait for instructions to make obvious moves - Fully dedicated to this role — we need your full attention, not a slice of it - Responsive and fast — when creatives are ready to launch, they go live the same day - Experience managing meaningful daily budgets (£7000/day+) - Comfortable working independently and reporting results clearly Looking forward to your proposal!
