Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist Needed to Drive Sales to Digital Product Store

Job Description: I own Uncle Truth Digital, an online store that sells digital tools and resources for HVAC/R technicians, maintenance technicians, refrigeration techs, and restaurant-equipment service professionals. I want to begin with a small test campaign and determine which products, audiences, and ads convert profitably before increasing the advertising budget. What I Need * Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ads * Recommend whether TikTok ads should also be tested * Identify the best product from my store to advertise first * Build targeted audiences for HVAC/R and maintenance technicians * Set up proper purchase/conversion tracking * Create or recommend ad creatives and short-form video concepts * Test multiple ads and audiences * Track cost per purchase, conversion rate, and ROAS * Recommend retargeting for visitors who don’t purchase * Develop a strategy to upsell buyers into my larger bundles and Complete Technician Vault Ideal Candidate I’m looking for someone who: * Has experience selling digital products online * Has documented Meta/Facebook Ads results * Understands e-commerce conversion tracking * Understands CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs * Can explain results in plain English * Has experience with TikTok Ads as a bonus * Can show examples of previous campaigns that generated actual purchases Experience advertising tools, education products, trade-related products, HVAC products, online courses, software, or technical audiences would be a major plus. Initial Budget I want to begin with a small paid test, not a large monthly agency contract. Advertising budget will initially be approximately: $20–$30 per day I am open to either a reasonable fixed-price campaign setup/test or hourly work. If the campaign produces profitable sales, there will be an opportunity for ongoing work and a larger advertising budget. Important I am not interested in buying website traffic, followers, likes, or impressions.
