Paid Social Ads Manager — Meta & TikTok | UAE Mesbah Brand | Pre Launch We are a UAE-based luxury jewellery and Mesbah bead brand entering launch phase on Shopify. We are hiring a performance marketing specialist to take our paid social from zero to first verified sales across Meta and TikTok. This is a phased, fixed-price engagement structured around four milestones. Meta account resolution must happen within the first week of onboarding. First live ad must launch within 7–10 days of onboarding. TikTok is already fully connected and ready. The full scope is in the attached PDF. Read it before applying. Gate requirement: proven experience resolving Meta account restrictions and/or broken Shopify-to-Meta pixel connections. Proposals without a specific case example will not advance. We are not looking for: content creators, organic social managers, generalists, agencies that subcontract, or candidates who promise specific ROAS figures on day one with no pixel data. We are looking for: a media buyer who has launched performance campaigns from scratch, can brief creative direction from raw footage, reads metrics as a diagnostic chain (not isolated numbers), and reports weekly in plain language with clear scale / hold / kill recommendations.
