# Meta Ads Analyst Needed (3–4 Hours Per Week, Ongoing) Hi there, We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Analyst to become an extension of our internal marketing team. This is a small but important ongoing role requiring approximately 3–4 hours per week. We need someone who can log into our Meta ad accounts on **Monday, Wednesday, and Friday** each week, review performance, ensure tracking is working correctly, and provide recommendations to our senior team. We're not necessarily looking for someone to actively manage campaigns day-to-day. Instead, we're looking for a sharp analyst who can spot opportunities, identify issues, and provide strategic recommendations based on the data. ### What You'll Be Doing * Reviewing Meta ad account performance three times per week. * Checking that the Meta Pixel and tracking are working correctly. * Monitoring account health and flagging any issues. * Identifying winning ads, creatives, and audiences. * Recommending which campaigns should be scaled, reduced, paused, or tested further. * Suggesting new creative ideas, static images, video concepts, hooks, and angles. * Providing recommendations on budget allocation and spend levels. * Identifying opportunities for lookalike audiences, retargeting, broad audiences, and other growth strategies. * Working alongside our internal account managers and marketing team to help improve overall performance. ### We're Looking For Someone Who * Has solid experience with Meta Ads. * Understands Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking. * Can confidently analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations. * Thinks strategically rather than just reporting numbers. * Is proactive and can identify opportunities before we do. * Communicates clearly and concisely. ### Time Commitment * Monday, Wednesday, and Friday account reviews. * Approximately 3–4 hours per week. * Ongoing engagement for the right person. ### To Apply Please send us: * A brief overview of your Meta Ads experience. * Examples of accounts or industries you've worked with. * Your experience with tracking, attribution, and Pixel troubleshooting. * Your hourly rate. * Why you think you'd be a good fit for this role.
