Meta Ads Manager Needed (Must Understand 2026 Facebook Algorithm Updates) I am looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Manager / Media Buyer who has mastered the latest Facebook/Instagram ad updates and algorithm changes in 2026. Important: Please do not apply if your Meta experience is outdated. I specifically need someone with extensive hands-on experience from January 2026 to present, actively managing campaigns through Meta’s newest changes, including: Advantage+ evolution AI-driven audience targeting Conversion optimization changes Attribution/reporting shifts Lead quality optimization Creative testing under the new algorithm I own and operate a successful wellness, education, and consulting business and have run my own Meta ads for years. I am not new to Facebook advertising. I understand: Campaign structure Pixel / tracking Retargeting Custom audiences / lookalikes Creative testing Funnel optimization Because of that, I can quickly tell the difference between real expertise and generic advice. I am looking for someone who can help me: Understand what has changed in Meta’s 2026 algorithm Improve lead quality (not just cheap leads) Reduce wasted ad spend Increase qualified booked calls / conversions Achieve a minimum 4x ROAS My niche includes: High-ticket wellness programs Retreats Education / certification programs Consulting Ideal candidate: ✅ Advanced Meta Ads strategist ✅ Strong analytical skills ✅ Can explain why campaigns are underperforming ✅ Has recent success with high-ticket offers ✅ Understands how to optimize for qualified buyers, not junk leads When applying, please answer: What major Meta changes in 2026 do most advertisers still not understand?
