Summary

Pineapple Family is a family-building technology platform for independent surrogacy and egg donation. We are not an agency and not a clinic — we build the software that lets gestational carriers, egg donors, and intended parents find and work with each other directly. We launched in June 2026 and are actively running paid acquisition campaigns on Meta to recruit gestational carriers and egg donors. We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook/Instagram campaigns on an ongoing, hourly basis — no retainer, no fixed monthly minimum. This is ad hoc work: some weeks may need 2-3 hours, others may need 10+. You'll work directly with the founder, not through an account manager layer. Scope of work: - Campaign and ad set optimization across active recruitment campaigns - Audience targeting, segmentation, and lookalike audience seeding using a qualification-tiered signup list - Creative testing and rotation guidance — identifying underperforming creative and recommending replacements - Budget pacing and bid strategy - Pixel placement, event tracking, and proactive strategy setting and execution - Conversion tracking diagnostics — we use a custom pixel event (not standard Meta events) due to category restrictions on reproductive health advertisers, and there's a known gap between Meta-reported conversions and actual signups you'll need to understand Ideal candidate: - 3+ years *hands-on* Meta Ads Manager experience, ideally managing $5K-$50K/month in spend - Comfortable working in regulated or sensitive ad categories (health, family planning, financial services) where standard conversion events are restricted or pixels require workarounds - Strong written communicator — clarity matters more than jargon - US-based preferred Please include in your proposal: your hourly rate, 2-3 examples of Meta campaigns you've managed (industry and rough spend level), and any experience with regulated ad categories or custom pixel/conversion setups.
