SCOPE OF WORK: GOOGLE ADS SETUP: Search campaigns targeting: site work contractor Boston, demolition contractor MA, excavation contractor Greater Boston, foundation excavation contractor, and related keywords Negative keyword list build-out Connect to GHL landing page for lead capture Conversion tracking setup META ADS SETUP: Retargeting campaign using website visitors and GHL contact list upload Lookalike audience campaign from existing client list Lead form ads connected to GHL CRM Creative direction — we will provide job site photos and videos ONGOING MANAGEMENT: Weekly performance reporting — cost per lead, conversion rate, spend by campaign A/B test ad creative monthly Budget optimization via Revealbot setup Scale spend on winning campaigns, pause losers TARGET MARKETS: Greater Boston, MetroWest MA, Rhode Island TARGET AUDIENCE: Developers, GCs, architects, and property owners pulling building permits STARTING BUDGET: $1,500/mo ad spend. Scale based on CPL performance.
