Microsoft 365 Admin Tutor & Coach for Small Non-Profit (1-on-1 Training & Ad-Hoc Support)

We are a small non-profit organization powered by 12 dedicated volunteers. We manage our own Microsoft 365 platform internally, but we want to ensure we have a solid, reasonable understanding of the basic administrative requirements to maintain our tenant securely and efficiently. We are looking for a proficient Microsoft 365 Administrator who can act as a 1-on-1 tutor and remain available for periodic questions as they arise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Initial Training Sessions: Conduct screen-share training sessions to walk us through the essentials of the M365 Admin Center. Core Management Coaching: Teach us how to efficiently handle user creation/offboarding, license allocation, shared mailboxes, and basic SharePoint/Teams permissions. Security Best Practices: Review our current tenant settings to ensure basic security (like Multi-Factor Authentication) is correctly configured for our volunteers. Ongoing On-Call Support: Serve as a go-to technical resource for periodic questions or minor troubleshooting when we run into administrative challenges.
