# Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant – Intercompany Supply Chain & Finance Setup ## Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to design, configure, document, and test a complex multi-company Intercompany Supply Chain and Finance scenario in a dedicated test environment. The objective is to implement and validate an end-to-end cross-border intercompany process involving multiple legal entities across Europe, including: * Intercompany Sales and Purchase Orders * Intercompany Invoicing * Intercompany Trade Relationships * Cross-border Goods Movements * Intracommunity Acquisition Processes (EU) * Pricing and Discount Structures * Automated and Manual Intercompany Transactions * Supply Chain and Financial Flow Validation The final deliverable includes both the technical configuration and a detailed process documentation (PowerPoint and configuration guide). --- ## Scope of Work ### 1. Intercompany Design & Process Mapping Design and document an end-to-end scenario involving multiple legal entities where: * Goods are shipped between different European entities. * Financial transactions are handled by separate entities. * Intercompany sales and purchase orders are generated automatically. * Delivery, invoicing, and payment flows are aligned with the corresponding physical goods movements. * Intracommunity acquisition and EU cross-border tax scenarios are correctly represented. The consultant shall identify: * Which steps are fully automated by D365. * Which steps require manual intervention. * Which processes are triggered through Intercompany functionality. * Required master data dependencies. --- ### 2. D365 F&O Configuration Configure and document: #### Intercompany Trading Relationships * Customer/Vendor Intercompany setup * Trading relationship configuration * Legal entity mappings * Global Address Book dependencies #### Sales Order Policies * Automatic creation of intercompany orders * Delivery synchronization * Invoice synchronization * Posting behavior #### Purchase Order Policies * Automatic order generation * Packing slip handling * Invoice generation * Receipt processing #### Master Data Setup * Customers * Vendors * Released products * Trade agreements * Inventory dimensions * Intercompany relationships --- ### 3. End-to-End Process Validation Execute and document a complete test cycle covering: * Intercompany Purchase Orders * Intercompany Sales Orders * Packing Slips * Product Receipts * Customer Invoices * Vendor Invoices * Inventory Movements * Financial Postings The consultant must provide evidence that the complete process works across all participating legal entities. --- ### 4. Pricing & Margin Concept Design and document: * Intercompany pricing structure * Master price setup * Trade agreements * Line discounts * Discount groups * Country-specific margin structures The concept should include: * Pricing examples * Margin calculations * Discount calculation examples * Explanation of how different countries can operate with different intercompany discounts and target margins --- ### 5.
