Microsoft Power Apps Developer for Bid Tracking

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Apps / SharePoint developer to help us build a simple internal bid tracking system. We want to use Microsoft 365 tools we already have, such as: SharePoint Lists / Microsoft Lists Power Apps Power Automate Basic dashboard/reporting SharePoint document storage The system should help us track bid opportunities, due dates, owners, next actions, compliance checklist items, bid/no-bid decisions, quote requests, and won/lost results. This is not a large enterprise system. We want a clean and simple MVP first, then we can improve it later.
