Mobile App UI/UX Designer (Figma) - Wellness, Gamification & Social Impact Screen Redesign

UPNDO is a mobile platform that transforms physical activity into donations for NGOs, helping people improve their wellbeing while creating measurable social impact. We have already defined the majority of the product structure, user flows, and screen layouts. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to transform our existing concepts into a modern, engaging, and scalable mobile experience. This is primarily a redesign project, not a product discovery project. The ideal candidate can take existing wireframes and concepts and elevate them into a world-class consumer app that drives engagement, motivation, retention, and emotional connection. Project Goals We are looking for a designer who can: Transform existing screen concepts into polished, modern mobile designs Improve user engagement and motivation through visual design Create a scalable design system in Figma Improve information architecture and visual hierarchy Ensure consistency across the entire application Create developer-ready production designs Build an interactive prototype Collaborate closely with our founders and development team Scope of Work Core Screens Home Screen Leaderboard Donations Events User Profile Notifications Centre Detail Screens Streak Screen Statistics Dashboard Activity History Impact History Profile Details NGO Detail Page Event Detail Page Rewards Screen Challenge Detail Screen Campaign Detail Screen Approximately 10 to 15 mobile screens in total. Deliverables 1. Figma Design System A reusable and scalable design system including: Color palette Typography Spacing system Grid system Buttons Cards Progress bars Charts and graphs Navigation components Icons Badges Leaderboard components Gamification elements Component library 2. High-Fidelity Mobile Designs Developer-ready mobile designs for all agreed screens including: iOS-friendly patterns Android-friendly patterns Modern UI standards Consistent user experience 3. Interactive Prototype Clickable Figma prototype demonstrating: Primary user flows Navigation Key interactions Gamification mechanics 4.
