AI-Native Growth Marketer

Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-native Growth Marketer to lead our next phase of scale. You will be responsible for merging traditional growth strategies with cutting-edge AI capabilities to build content engines and programmatic SEO systems that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is comfortable at the intersection of marketing strategy and agentic coding, ensuring our growth stack remains at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end AI content pipelines for blog articles and organic growth. Maintain and optimize our programmatic SEO infrastructure (30+ tools already built), using agentic coding capabilities to monitor and improve performance. Execute data-backed decisions by discerning which initiatives drive real business impact versus vanity metrics. Balance AI efficiency with human insight, communicating complex strategies clearly without over-reliance on industry jargon. Requirements & Qualifications Deep expertise in the latest AI models and developer tools, including ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor. Proven ability to build and scale programmatic systems and automated content workflows across text, images, and videos Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven growth marketing. Strategic thinker capable of deploying AI tools effectively while maintaining a high standard for human-centric communication.
