Need a Divi DESIGNER (No Ai!)

I'm looking for a graphic designer that 1. likes divi 5 (or just the wordpress builder if that's your thing) and can do their thing without a bunch of custom css 2. understands what makes a good web page for the user (no Ai) 3. can keep design themes consistent 4. generally understands how to avoid impacting page load time (background images, large images, animations, etc.) You don't need to know seo, back-end dev, or anything else. I just want someone who loves designing, who I can give content to, and when they make a page, people think "that's art". You don't need to write a bunch of words, just some websites or pages that you've designed. Thank you!
