New Options for Simple Canva Design

Looking for someone to take this Canva template and produce a few other options for this "business card." The verbiage would need to remain the same. The words that are currently bolded or 'highlighted' would need to remain the same. The placement of the words would need to remain the same. We like this design because it is simple and professional. But we want more options for fonts, colors, and designs. You do not have to keep the shape that is featured in the bottom right corner. Please note: the font you use for specifically "Agent Name" "Agent Brokerage" and "000-000-0000" will need to be a font that I'm able to acquire online. For example, Canva's proprietary fonts are generally not available for me to acquire the font file. You do not need to provide the font file. The other words on the design can be with any font you'd like. We will need a PDF or a Canva link. Feel free to design this inside or outside of Canva.
