Organic Content Distribution Specialist – Indian EdTech (LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit)
Worldwide
We are an impact-driven EdTech platform that has developed a curriculum-aligned digital language lab helping school children master regional languages (Kannada) intuitively through phonetics and visual learning. Following a major feature broadcast on national radio (Akashavani), we are launching a comprehensive organic content distribution campaign across multiple digital platforms to drive free trial sign-ups for parents and demo requests from schools. We are looking for a highly strategic Content Distribution & Community Management Specialist to take our core founder stories, pedagogical insights, and product features and distribute them across targeted online communities. The ideal candidate knows how to adapt a single core message into different formats that match the unique culture of specific platforms. We have zero tolerance for spammy, robotic, or overly corporate sales pitches. Every post must be story-driven, deeply empathetic, and highly authentic. Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Distribution: Craft and publish authoritative articles and posts targeted at school principals, management, and working parents, focusing on educational authority, pedagogical expertise, and NEP curriculum compliance. Quora Domination: Identify high-traffic questions related to school syllabus challenges, language mandates, and parenting in Karnataka, and provide deep, high-value, story-driven answers that naturally position our platform as the solution. Reddit & Community Engagement: Share authentic, grassroots narrative posts within local regional subreddits (such as r/bangalore, r/mysore, r/karnataka) and parenting forums. You must possess the skill to write from an educator's perspective without triggering spam filters or community backlash. Multi-Platform Formatting: Reformat our core content repository for open-publishing platforms like Medium, startup directories, and hyper-local parental networks. Platform-Specific Guidelines You Must Follow: LinkedIn: Tone must be professional, leadership-focused, and visionary. Highlight the engineering scale and pedagogical expertise. Quora: Tone must be educational and highly informative. Provide real answers first, introducing the platform seamlessly as a tool. Reddit & Facebook Groups: Tone must be 100% human, grassroots, and conversational. Speak directly as a passionate team member or educator sharing a helpful, affordable digital lab. Required Skills: Proven track record in organic content distribution and growth hacking (please share examples of previous campaigns). Exceptional English copywriting skills with the ability to switch between corporate leadership and casual, grassroots tones. Deep understanding of the Indian schooling system (CBSE, ICSE, NEP mandates) and the lifestyle dynamics of modern urban Indian parents. Impeccable digital etiquette to handle comments and build community trust. Project Type & Budget: Project Type: One-time project with potential for ongoing monthly retainer based on performance. Milestones: Payment will be structured around successful, high-quality placement across agreed-upon platform milestones (e.g., Phase 1: High-Authority Articles & Portals, Phase 2: Community & Forum Launch).
