Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator — creator + newsletter outreach (US-based, part-time)

We're a subscription app for women and we're scaling a creator-affiliate program and newsletter sponsorships. The strategy, brand voice, and target lists are already built — we need someone reliable to execute the outreach against a playbook we'll give you on day one. What you'd do (week to week): - Source and vet creators and newsletters from criteria we provide - Send outreach DMs and emails in our approved voice (templates provided; you personalize each one) - Set up affiliate records and tracking links in our admin tool and keep our outreach CRM current - Request rates/media kits from newsletters and coordinate booking the ones we approve - Chase replies, track status, and send a short weekly summary of what went out and what came back You are: - US-based and a native/fluent English writer — non-negotiable; the outreach has to sound natural to a young US audience - Fluent in how creators and Gen Z actually talk online — our voice is casual and lowercase, never corporate - Experienced in influencer/creator outreach, partnerships, or BD (point to specific examples) - Organized and self-managing — you can run a repeatable process without hand-holding - Comfortable with light tools (Google Sheets, a simple admin dashboard, email) Not a fit if: you're a strategist looking to redesign our plan, or an agency. This is hands-on execution of an existing plan. Logistics: ~10–15 hrs/week to start, hourly. We begin with a paid 2-week trial (a defined sourcing + outreach task), then continue and increase hours if it's working. To apply, answer the screening questions.
