Paid Interview: Systems Integration & Migration

We're running a short, paid research study on the hands-on work of integrating, migrating, and modernizing technology systems — consolidating ERPs, merging finance and back-office systems, migrating data, connecting or replacing legacy software, and getting companies onto a common stack. We want to talk with people who have personally done this work and seen projects through end-to-end — from scoping and planning through cutover and stabilization — and who can speak to the technical details of what actually happened: data migration, system configuration, integration architecture, what broke, and how it got fixed. Experience doing this in a post-merger or acquisition context (combining systems across newly acquired companies) is a strong plus, but not required. Especially keen to hear from: - ERP / systems integration consultants (independent or at SI firms) - IT or systems leads who ran integrations in-house - Solution architects or technical leads on migration projects - Data migration specialists - Fractional or consulting CIOs/CTOs who owned integration work hands-on To take part, you should be US-based and have personally worked on multiple systems integration or migration projects in the last five years — contributing to the actual work, not just managing from a distance. 30–60 min video call, roughly $100/hr prorated.
