Paid Social Video Editor

We're a performance marketing agency specializing in scaling DTC brands through Meta and TikTok. We're looking for a Paid Social Video Editor who understands not just how to make videos look good, but how to make them convert. This role will work closely with our Creative Strategist. Responsibilities: -Edit short-form paid social creatives (mainly UGCs) -Transform raw UGC, founder footage, customer testimonials, and product content into high-performing advertisements. -Create engaging hooks, pacing, text overlays, captions, and visual effects that maximize viewer retention. -Follow creative briefs and directions from the Creative Strategist Requirements: -Proven experience editing paid social ads for ecommerce or lead generation brands. -Experience editing for Meta and TikTok advertising. -Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software. -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. -Strong English communication skills.
