Part-Time Content Coordinator About the Role I’m looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of content and creator marketing projects across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on coordination and production role for someone who enjoys turning an established strategy into organized, accurate, and timely deliverables. You will work closely with me as I continue to lead client strategy, creative direction, client relationships, and high-level decision-making. Your role will be to help ensure that approved plans are executed properly, deadlines are tracked, content is prepared and published accurately, and recurring client work continues moving forward. What You’ll Do Responsibilities may include: * Prepare, format, and organize social media content for client accounts * Build and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars * Schedule and publish approved content across assigned platforms * Review posts for spelling, formatting, links, tags, dates, and overall accuracy * Coordinate copy, graphics, videos, approvals, and other required assets * Track client deliverables, recurring tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items * Conduct creator and influencer research * Send creator outreach and follow-up messages using approved templates * Track creator responses, deliverables, posting dates, and campaign details * Maintain organized content, outreach, and campaign trackers * Pull basic social media and creator campaign metrics * Prepare clear weekly and monthly reporting summaries * Flag missing information, potential delays, or quality concerns early * Follow established processes and client-specific instructions * Provide general content and project coordination support as needed What This Role Will Not Initially Own This role will not initially be responsible for: * Setting overall client strategy * Leading major client conversations * Making significant changes to approved messaging * Expanding project scopes or promising additional deliverables * Publishing content without approval * Making final creative or strategic decisions independently I will continue to provide the strategy, direction, and final approvals. Your responsibility will be to translate that direction into consistent and organized execution. Who I’m Looking For The strongest candidate will have: * One to three years of experience in content marketing, social media, creator marketing, agency work, or a related field * Strong organizational and project management skills * Excellent attention to detail * Clear and dependable written communication * The ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple clients * Experience working with content calendars and scheduling platforms * A basic understanding of social media performance metrics * Comfort communicating with creators, influencers, or external partners * The ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes * Strong judgment around when to proceed independently and when to ask questions * A consistent record of meeting deadlines and following through Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, project management platforms, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, social media scheduling tools, or creator management platforms is helpful, but experience with every platform is not required. You May Be a Great Fit If You Are * Extremely organized and rarely let details fall through the cracks * Comfortable working behind the scenes to keep projects moving * Proactive about communicating issues before they become emergencies * Able to work independently after receiving clear direction * Open to feedback and willing to follow client-specific processes * Comfortable balancing recurring work across multiple brands * Interested in growing alongside an expanding independent marketing consultancy * Reliable, responsive, and consistent Role Details * Part-time independent contractor position * Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start * Remote within the United States * Consistent weekday availability required * Must have some availability during Eastern Time business hours * Initial 90-day contract period * Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities based on performance * Expected compensation range: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience What Success Looks Like During the first 30 days, you will learn the client accounts, recurring deliverables, systems, and quality standards. Within approximately 60 days, you should be able to independently manage routine content preparation, scheduling, publishing, creator outreach, tracking, and basic reporting for assigned accounts. By the end of the initial 90-day period, you should be able to keep recurring work organized and moving forward with minimal day-to-day oversight while continuing to communicate questions and concerns clearly. How to Apply Please submit: 1. A brief introduction explaining your relevant experience 2. Your résumé or LinkedIn profile 3. Two or three examples of content, calendars, reports, outreach campaigns, or client work you have supported 4. A short explanation of how you organize deadlines across multiple projects 5.
